solutions in engineering and project execution. We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Project Manager to oversee projects in Pune.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and monitor MEP projects from initiation to completion within time,
budget, and quality standards. - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to track project progress with proper
documentation and reporting. - Prepare and review project schedules, BOQs, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and company
policies. - Track project progress and prepare status reports for management and clients.
- Manage site activities, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure timely material availability
- Monitor cost control and manage project budgets effectively
- Lead project teams, allocate responsibilities, and ensure productivity.
- Handle project documentation, approvals, and closure reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 3–4 years of proven experience in the MEP industry handling project execution.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation processes, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
